NEMO
Limited irrigation experience here but one year we used a fungicide, insecticide and foliar K and saw 80 bushel beans vs. 70 in the check strips.

Another year we moved the towable pivot back to the alfalfa field towards the end of the season thinking the beans were watered enough to finish them off. The pivot in the alfalfa circle overlaps a little bit into the bean field. Where it overlapped the beans were 10 bushel better telling me I should of water them at least one more time, maybe two more times (already really yellow and dropping leaves).

How thick do you plant? Have you experimented with that? 150k is plenty for us. Too thick and they get too tall and go down.
