The price of grain is what it is in the real world. It is our fault that we have too high of a cost in our grain. Just look at what we think our land is worth. Look in your machine shed. Look at the $70,000 pickup that we all drive as a car. We are the highest cost producer in the world. The only advantage that we had was the ability to ship in a timely fashion. And we are going to lose that in the future.


I wish i had your machine shed and your car. I agree that land is stupid high. Maybe if we didn't plant fence row to fence row we could enjoy some better prices, but no one will cut production untill they go broke.
