your "Over the years" statement needs to exclude lets say prior to 2005

Used to be ROI on increasing inputs was impressive even in a higher interest rate environment

Recently ROI on added inputs has been at best nominal.....even with cheap interest

I think we are in an environment where up to 1990's technology will get you 90-110% of maximum yield....and to survive its all about producing maximum profit with minimum of cost

Bushels won't save you.......but dollars will

And chasing APH to increase revenue guarantees
