| IIRC, you can put QuickBooks on up to three computers, or at least use to be able to. I have had QuickBooks Pro for many years & have moved it to another computer as I have upgraded computers. Last time I upgraded computers I did have to buy a new QuickBooksPro but that was because my older versio was compatible with Windows7Pro. FWIW, at one time I was runing four different "companies" on QBPro. If you have problems you could always call them though in the past I have been less than satisfied with their support system.
