Not trying to be a hardxxx but they need to get sick of it so to speak and do something about it themselves. You can't help people who are unwilling to help themselves.
If he is a hard worker as you say he should be able to find and hold down a good paying job somepleace better than what he has now. Employers are willing to train good people that they can count on. Maybe he could even ask for a raise where he is at now? | |
