SE PA | I'm not sure what constitutes going from a fad to a trend but in our neck of the woods, the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, 18% of ALL farmland is cover cropped- Driven mostly by education and regulations to keep nutrients out of "the bay". Then you have this report just released a month ago that surveyed over 1200 farms that use cover crops.
