Where is the water coming from? I just looked at the Mt Carmel and New Harmony river stages and neither one is very big. I'm not sure how fast the big rain at Clay County would get to the river, but it should kind of moderate after traveling that far. Little Wabash was out a bit when we crossed it on IL Rt 15 yesterday, but not rampaging.
