But anyway, kernel counts to me are almost useless, i've seen crazy good numbers do sub 200 and i've see really bad numbers do 225. Seems grain fill makes more of a difference then number of kernels. Don't worry about it, if things stay good it can still produce.

Last year kernel counts were well below the 260-270 bpa that we actually ended up with.
