ncia | when I turned 18 many years ago, jury selection wasdone using voter registration records in my county. I registered as a democrat, because I had been told that dems rarely got on the jury. I won't tell you that is true, but I will say that for sure is the reason I am a registered democrat. Oh, I was told by the sheriff (several years ago), that criteria is no longer used in the jury selection process. | |
