I still read each week and wish all your losers well.
I still hold at 180, give or take a couple pounds. It may get a little easier once a target weight is achieved but it is still an everyday battle for those of us prone to gain. Sorry... I am thinking I have been down in weight for about 3 years now. Always will be. Dan...
