Anamoose, ND | I've done a small amount of this. My expierience with this is such-the post anthesis application is not a cure all, quick fix. It takes much more than just N to build Pro. If you know you are short N, you fertilized for a 50 bushel crop and now you see the yield could be considerably more the post anthesis application might boost your pro but in my expierience don't expect to see much more than 0.5 bump in protein. It takes all the other nutrients in place to get 15+ protein. | |
