Subject: Liquid urea on spring wheat

SW North Dakota
I am debating whether to apply 28% or liquid urea to boost protein in wheat. I have two agronomists that are split on the subject. One recommends 10gal 28% with 10gal of water with streamers. And the other wants to use just 10gal of liquid urea with flat fan nozzles. Both directly after flowering. I would prefer the urea but was told it turns the crop white. Which really doesnt matter as long as its just cosmetic. Will it ding the yield, test weight or cause other problems? Any thoughts here? Thanks.
