Here is a theory.....the beans weren't planted with autosteer. The sprayer can spray with auto steer and he don't have to worry about running on a row. I plant my 15" soys at a 5 deg angle. I spray square to the field and I don't run over a continuous row. I also harvest at the opposite 5 deg. It feeds nice.
Yes... he doesnt have to worry about the sprayer running on beans plus he obviously prefers to cut straight.
