So they can no-till the corn the following year and run it straight and not worry about being directly on top of an old bean row.


That could be but I don't know anyone who no tills corn. And the beans were auto-steered so they could come back the next year and plant right between the old bean rows if they planted normal. Then you would never be on top of the old bean rows as opposed to on an angle you would be going in and out of it all the time.
