I had a pretty good week. I followed my diet plan pretty well. I lost 5.8 pounds, down to 249.0, I never thought I could reach my goal of 220 pounds from 312. But it looks like I can achieve it now. On the tractor I pack my snacks of bell peppers and radishes. Never ate radishes whole before the diet, now I kind of like eating them and bell pepper strips. At home I microwave steam mushrooms by the package, with a little season salt. My salad bowl is a mixing bowl you would use for mash potatoes and a large crowd, filled 2/3 full of bell peppers, cucumbers, radish slices, mushrooms, and iceberg lettuce. I use the Walden Farms Bleu Cheese dressing. Says it is, calorie free, sugar free, fat free, carbohydrate free, gluten free, cholesterol free. And I like it. Just wish it was dollar free. I tend to go over my evening 8 oz of meat recommendation, sometimes by 2x. But boy do I crave that evening meat. Of course I have those 3-4 protein items a day, plus supplements. I have a feeling my luck is going to change on losing weight, so I try to avoid the the restricted foods. Thanks for the help, Brian |
