Not quite as big a week as some in the past, as I couldn't walk for about 4 of the days this week. Still lost 1 pound, though. I am amazed at Glen, though. Congratulations to him. I started at 307 in February and am now at 279. I hope I'm still ok this week, as we have a birthday party for my 1 year old twin grandchildren today, and high school graduation parties, as well.
