Hi Mark, it is hard to choose when going out to eat. Do you eat everything on your plate, or do you ask for a to go box right away. I do that and that way I can enjoy my meal and still take some home for the next day that Dave usually scarfs down. You are pretty much at goal anyway and you will go up and down a couple pounds normally anyway. Have a great week Mark.
