North Central Iowa | I will bet that anybody that has to borrow a lot of their operating money will have to move all of their 2015 crop and any remaining 2014 crop before March of 2016 to satisfy debts. Their lenders will want their bills paid for before they will let you go another year. This is what happened in the 80's. They will force you to be cleaned out because they will need to find out who is not being truthful with them on debts and assets. They are going to find out how much of that new iron that people are using for assets to their banker is really just being least or is being financed at the equipment company. Guy's you would not believe how new iron that is least is being told to their banker that they paid cash for it and are using it for assets to the bank. | |
