Unless its 100% conventional the technology for all seed companies come from the big 3. There are no truly independent seed companies left in the industry unless they are 100% conventional.
Also their quarterly net income has taken a hit from feb 2015 compared to 2014. I'd say monsanto isn't in my buy category at this price but maybe it is yours.
BINGO!!!!!!! You are buying from the same bag whether it's Dupont/Monsanto/Syngenta. I would have looked at Syngenta being down the most but not the case. Maybe some of us that see things on the ground level are ahead just a little bit on this one? I have talked to two people out of dozens that are planting more corn than last year. I poll everybody I get a chance to from seed customers to machinery customers. |
