100% agree with Clay here.
When one looks at how many have been spending money (don't forget family living BTW) and its pretty easy to see many thought $6-8 corn was here forever (ethanol was going to make it different this time around)

This mornings local cash corn is $3.00 minus .60 basis, we lost a nickel on Friday. So its not just looking at a loss for 2015, kinda hard to get a refund on 2014 rents......

I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out LAND COST MUST DROP, and drop ALOT
Rents,
Half in the spring,
Half in the fall,
If the bankers don't give you any money next fall there's gonna be some UN-happy camper Land Lord's
