I like to apply 50-100 lbs of ammonium sulfate and some boron in the spring after first crop, along with 250 lbs K. Then after 4th crop. ..last cutting another 200 lbs K. I don't use any phosphorus, and my soil test show it after 4 years. I manure everything when killed out so the soil test return.
alfalfa inputs?
