That would be awesome. Many on here think it's impossible to deal with tenants. Yes tenants can sure be a pita without a doubt. I could go on for literally hours with all the stories I have from the past 20+ years. It's all about management. I certainly don't proclaim to be the best manager but we seem to get by. Most people, myself included, usually only remember the bad tenants. We tend to forget about the ones who paid on time and never complained. I've had a few really good ones over the years and I try to keep sight of that. Some people are just complainers and it's not just tenants. You can make all the rules you want but some people are just going to be a problem. Deciding when to get rid of them and when to keep nursing them along is where the management comes in.
