Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA | So 80k sale price for the house -10k for a new well -8k for a new septic -6k in selling costs = nowhere near enough money to compensate for having a neighbor right there on the property. Selling the house is a terrible idea. Really, really terrible.
I'd burn it down or let someone live there for $1 per year before I'd sell it. At least then you get to decide who lives there.
