Manson IA | Wife works in a local nursing home as an RN. Things like leaving someone on the toilet for hours is a HUGE issue.... However I do have to ask is the "hours" comment coming from the FIL and is the FIL fully with it? I know my wife has to deal with residents daily that claim they are being left forever or are being abused in one way or another... They usually just don't understand the situation, or they don't understand they do not have 1-1 staffing so just because they push the button doesn't mean they can come running.... Not saying this is the case just mentioning it because I hear about it from my wife.
However an odor as you walk in is clearly a neglect issue so.... | |
