I read it as originally 100% corn base not total base acres. There are a lot of farms around here that were continuos corn for years. I assume with the high quality ground in Grundy Co,Iowa that is or was the norm there. Like I said..corn is king in this program the way it looks. Retain or reallocate to capitalize on a higher corn base.
