South central Minnesota | thats one example Tara, we might have a bit return on soybeans but this area is heavy on corn base, 2/3 more like it, I'm at 72% and not changing it to 50/50 as I have planted the last few years.Now go a county or two west and the estimate shows in addition to the 80+ corn payment they might also see 50+ for the soybean payment.

Total 8840 which works out to 55.25 per acre.
Now again those counties are heavy corn base so 50/50 is unlikely, just raises the per acre.
And yet others will see nothing, equitable it is not. Welfare it is.
Nothing I see shows very few if anyone will see 80 return on each acre farmed.
