St Peter MN | What's frustrating is being in the FSA office last Wed finishing the last of mine, and hearing 3 phone calls come in with people asking what they need to do to get the process started, what forms they need, how do they get yield info, and when does it have to be done. That is inexcusable no matter who you are, when the deadline was 2 days away. There has been more than enough heads up on when this needed to be done. The staff then has someone sitting in front of them with everything ready, getting nothing done, while they explain the whole process to someone who apparently just woke up from a coma 30 seconds prior to calling. | |
