The extension obviously wasn't set in stone. How pi$$ed would you be if they said "I think you can wait until March" then had no extension? The folks at the county level don't know what the higher ups will decide, so they were doing a favor for you.

I guess some folks just have to complain about everything. Heck, you've got our belly up to the trough probably collecting a nice payment for 2014 (I know I will) and you are complaining about local workers not knowing what the higher ups will do. Just take the welfare and be happy the county office is there to help doll it out.
