E.Central MN | Do you think they really couldn't have done it in that time frame? The problem would be the farmers that walk into the office with no preparation done, should just send them home with the forms and tell them to come back when the forms are filled out. There's at least 3 people handling this at the local FSA office, probably more if higher ups are helping. So yes they probably aren't going to work at break neck speed, but it could have been done if it had to be done. | |
