Went smooth for me. I went in three weeks ago, got the paperwork and spent several days gathering my yield data and comparing old yields vs. updating. Filled out the forms, took them back to the office and it took about 5 minutes to hand him the info. I went to lunch, came back and another 5 minutes to sign everything up. If you needed an extension, maybe you didn't start soon enough. Not the FSA office's fault.
