There's been plenty of time. To extend the deadline, the Gov't must want the yields and acres bad. So why aren't guys signing up?
Guys arent signing up cause its all a big cluster at the county level. Its just a huge paperwork drop. The gals at the county are damn near clueless how to administer this thing. At the end of the yield and base update portion they are finally starting to understand that portion, but they are confused on the next step. |
