I am like you about fearing what all might be down there, I do my cat fishing with trot lines, some times I try Jug fishing, and in the spring before the Gators get out I set some yoyos, after they get out the Gators will tare up all your yoyos, I like the trotline best, I live only 1/2 mile from the Miss River, the best trot line time is when the spring rise comes down, April & May, I fish in the back waters of the river when its out of its banks, don't take long to fill the freezer | |
