That sounds like it's pulling fine. I wouldn't touch the injectors unless your having issues with the way the engine is running, like misfiring or something.
I do have a misfire when cold, have nothing to compare it to as far as pulling just wanted a comparison from those that know.
As far as the peddle is there any harm holding it down? Don't have a boost gauge so would have to guess where to hold it. Can tell where it maxes out empty, can't really tell loaded.
Trans is a 10speed with 3.9's, runs 55 @1300 in 10th.
