Calcium deficiency( more accurately poor availability as its usually brought on by lack of water) shows up at blossom end rot, the blossom end of the fruit will turn black and scaley, then the fruit rots. Might have impact on yield in a high production field environment but I don't think it's something that would show up( yield wise) in gardens.
