Im no expert but I will give my 2 cents. Too much Nitrogen from the hog manure promoting good green growth. All tomato varieties respond differently to day length but they all like heat (similar to corn). I bet your tomatoes are looking for longer days and some more warmth from the direct sunlight. You could pinch them off to help them mature faster and make bigger tomatoes.
