One in a large mall in a nearby small city. They took over a Zellers store, an anchor position in the mall. Tore the store down, took over a year to rebuild it. I walked into the store a few months after it opened, expecting to see something pretty nice. Well, it looked almost identical to the original Zellers store, except that it was virtually empty of shoppers.
Canada, your thoughts about Target?
