So what are you saying? That you don't want the pipeline, or that you feel the pipeline company is a shell with minimal assets, or that you are against eminent domain expansion? Maybe all three?

If no pipeline, do you prefer railroads, or trucks?

The bond size may be a worthwhile discussion, I don't know why this would take more than one day of legislative debate to handle in DM. It probably should be raised, any idea when the $250K was set?

What makes this project unique as to ED? I've signed over easements to Midamerican, aren't they majority, (maybe wholly) owned by Berkshire Hathaway, a for profit enterprise? I was threatened with ED/legal hassles if I didn't, so why is this different?

I'm not pro or anti the DAPL, it misses me by about 3 miles, but I'm just wondering what the potential legal fight is about.
