Totally agree, pins are the way to go. A pin will still let her calve out with no worry of the stich.
Sad thing here, most local vets don't use them. Maybe they are a little to old school or have
not been introduced. I bought a few to keep on hand for the vet.
You know the vet will only use what he or she has in the vet box. No running back to town
for parts. JMO |
