SW Minnesota | Did three years of projected cash flows with financial advisor. The bal of 2014 being sold at 3.50, 2014 with a 4.30 avg and 2015 with a 4.40. Similar idea on beans with price change. Also will include my cattle sales and wifes off farm job as well as ALL costs, land , equipment loans, cost of family living etc.. Showed me putting about $5,000 into the bank next year.
