My future son in law and my daughter had cotton in northern Mo this year . About the size plot your talking about . From the pic I saw of it probably would have went a bale or a little more . I think I sent them a midseason variety , should have been a early . I would go for it no more than you're talking about you can't lose much . Also you couldn't do it on a large scale but I have heard of people planting sweet corn under a clear plastic film . to get early start , but you still would need to be past the frost threat. doug
