Subject: RE: Cotton Varieties to Corn maturity

Im in Tennessee and we grow 110-120 RM corn and early to mid season maturity cotton. Cotton is put in here from May 1st - May 25th typically. altho I have seen it planted until about June 5th before. It gets ready to pick in mid/late september-early october. Cotton likes warm tempatures. And requires so many heat units for it to mature and get the bolls to open.
