NCND | I think the oil industry has created more jobs than ag has since 2007. Both are commodities and both have been strong in inflationary environment. Nd has both and we are the rock star of the economic world. Now with deflationary things happening we will find ourselves on the other end of spectrum sooner than some think.
I don't know of a single American city that has had 300% growth in population from people moving to it for jobs in ag. Nd has 3 cities alone that has done that in oil patch that are over 10k people
