I am not swne but I will throw in my .02 worth. LG 5618, 2602, and 5528 have been very good on dryland. They all have enough ear-kernal flex to push yields a lot higher from lower populations. I run around 19500 on population give or take a 1000 or 2.
(Disclaimer-son is now a dealer but I have been planting it for 4 years).
