Red River Valley | SAT not to belabor the point but Keystone is not going to help the Bakken in any meaningful way
the max to come out of Bakken on Keystone was going to be 100k a day ( MAX ) and most likely will be less than 25K
Sandpiper and Sandpiper II are the deals if both allowed with Max pumping stations would send almost 950K east
so in closing Keystone may help you but most likely you will drink more of it than it will would move out of Bakken
lastly Rail performance has been great this fall many sites are getting trains ahead of schedule -- If weather is open this winter railroad will be only a small inconvenience MO | |
