Corn leaving the dryer at 135 - 140 will give you corn out of the bin at 14.5 - 15. I cut the bottom out of an ice cream bucket and glue in a screen. Fill this with corn, and fit it into another ice cream bucket with a fan cut into it. Cools off a sample pretty quickly.
