Different issue, was listening to a popular ag-oriented SD am radio station yesterday, and there was a fella saying how misguided farmers are, and the EPA needs to take over waters of the USA and regulate them, it's not gonna be any issue anyhow because the EPA really isn't going to change very much.....

I missed it but think he belonged to some environmental group.

Anyhow, same deal, farmers sure have changed a lot of practices in the past 30 years, and things are different, but we are still judged by 1960s actions, and supposed to live with non-ag standards.

Wonder where the phosphorous tax would go, who would benefit from that money, and how much that economics would play into the plan?
