Didn't check in last week. Lost only .3 lb for the 2 weeks. Not bad since I'm under 220 now. Down a total of 93 lbs from my heaviest. My goal is to get down to the 210 to 215 area. The best thing that helped me was using myfitnesspal.com. It helped me change to a healthier lifestyle that I have been on for 2.5 years.
