Holding between 195-197, next milestone 190.

The wife has been put on a no/low sodium diet, which has trickled down to me. What an eye opener! Often times our only option is to make it from scratch, as store bought prepared items are LOADED to the gills with it.

After 2 weeks of this, neither of us could drink a glass of tomato juice at a restaurant, as it was too salty. Amazing how your taste sensitivity is enhanced when you drastically reduce a item like that.

Yes, I find that idle time often enhances hunger. Keeping your mind and body occupied helps stave off hunger pangs.
