Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I can relate on the food addiction. My worst times are when I'm around the house with not much to do. Another bad habit I have is eating before I go somewhere so I don't get hungry. I know I probably wouldn't get hungry anyway but think I need to eat just in case. Then I et more later.
I was doing good this summer prior to my sons wedding. Got to within a couple of pounds of my goal then gained 6-7 pounds in the next 2 weeks after. Just got out of eating right and walking. Slowly trying to get back where I was. I sure felt better with just that much off.
I didn't weigh in this morning and I've already ate and dressed so Ill wait until next week to weigh in.
