thaw em in the fridge over nite, put in a 2 gal zip-lock bag with a can of beer, ( open can and pour the beer in the bag, put can in trash ) let soak over nite, cook low and slow on grill. or else put in slow cooker with some sweet tea and potatoes and carrots. and if still no good take some cooking classes this winter or get a dog.
